This unit puts out heat up to a 10-foot radius, depending on the air flow where it is mounted, with the average spacing between multiple heaters at 12 feet. This heater is available with a variety of control systems, each equipped with a reliable safety shutoff. This heater has a large deep disk aluminum reflector for maximum comfort and a primary aerated burner for minimal noise. The wrought iron frame with classic metal scroll design comes in a black powder coat finish. The A244 is a manual heater that is easy to maintain and requires no electrical hookup. This unit operates with a pilot-thermocouple that must be manually lit. shutoff. The heater is controlled with a manual on/off knob on the front of the unit. The Non-"E" Series heater requires electrical 24 VAC to be connected in order to operate the main burner. This heater uses a pilot-thermocouple with 100 percent safety shutoff and the pilot must be manually lit via the direct spark system.
